Restoration Update Tuesday November 8, 2011

· Lake restoration update was given by Don Theisen at the OLA Board Meeting in November. A complete report is due November 22. The coordinates were received for probed parts of the lake from 35 to 45+ feet deep. Winter measuring will take place. Lake levels last year showed a drop of 9.5 inches, this year’s drop has only been 7 inches with no correlation between the amount rainfall and the lack of increase in lake levels.
Our thanks to Carl Platz and the entire Corp. for their support on this project; we could not have accomplished this without their financial and technical support. This could be an exciting beginning for our Lake Restoration.
